Come and hangout with your Church family for some Easter fun! Our annual Easter picnic will be at Ulmer Park (2700 West Kentucky Ave) on April 4th from 11am until 3pm. We will be accepting egg donations for our children's Easter egg hunt. Sign up to bring a dish to share! The Gathering Church will provide plates, utensils, napkins, and ice.
*We will have bins to put egg donations inside. Bring a bucket/bag for your child(ren) to participate in the egg hunt.*
*Hamburger and Hotdogs will be provided. Please sign up to bring buns, fixin's and condiments.*

Calling all the ladies!!

When is the last time you hung out with the girls on a Saturday night? I think it't time! Join the ladies of the Gathering for a fun night out on the town. Lets hang out at the park before the show and enjoy an evening of music, laughter and fellowship.
This is a 2.5 hour event on a Saturday night and a guaranteed good time!
Meet at the church by 4:30 to ride the bus to the Bush Convention center and back to the church when the event is over.
Cost is $28 if purchased noon on April 3rd. Price will increase after this time. This is the VIP group discount price. We want to insure everyone can sit together and get the group discount.

-Camp dates: July 7- July 10
- If registered and paid by June 17 cost is $275 per child
- Register and pay between June 18 through 26 for a cost of $300
-Deposit due upon registration is $50.
-Registration forms are due by June 26; Please see Rachel Wilson or Melissa Reyes for forms and helpful information or you can visit the camp website at https://linktr.ee/stxkidscamp for required items and more information.
** All forms and payments will need to be submitted by June 26. No registrations will be accepted after June 26.**
**Registration dates are slightly different than image to allow for time to process and send paperwork and payments to the district.**
