Happenings at The Gathering

When is the last time you hung out with the girls on a Saturday night? I think it't time! Join the ladies of the Gathering for a fun night out on the town. Lets hang out at the park before the show and enjoy an evening of music, laughter and fellowship.

This is a 2.5 hour event on a Saturday night and a guaranteed good time!
 
Meet at the church by 4:30 to ride the bus to the Bush Convention center and back to the church when the event is over.
 
Cost is $28

-Camp dates: June 8 -11
- Register and pay by April 14 to get the early bird rate of $250
-Register and pay between April 15 and May 26 to pay the regular rate of $275

-Camp dates: July 7- July 10
- If registered and paid by June 17 cost is $275 per child
- Register and pay between June 18 through 26 for a cost of $300
-Deposit due upon registration is $50.

** All forms and payments will need to be submitted by June 26. No registrations will be accepted after June 26.**

**Registration dates are slightly different than image to allow for  time to process and send paperwork and payments to the district.**

The Library also doubles as a nursing/quiet room. Moms with babies and young children are welcome to use the quiet room at anytime. **Please close the door if you are nursing a baby.**
