Kids really do grow too fast!
Promotion Sunday is this coming Sunday August 16. Children entering 1st grade will begin going to elementary on Sunday mornings, and children entering 6th grade will get to begin attending youth group on Sunday evenings.
Back to school fun for the Kids and Youth!
Get ready to glow!
The Gathering Church is having a semi-combined party to give our kids and youth fun kick off of the new school year! The Kids Gathering will have their party from 4pm-6:30pm, and the youth will have their party from 5:30pm-8pm.
Schedule of events:
4pm-5:30pm- Kids glow stick fun
5:30-6:30-Combined Kids/youth pizza meal
6:30-8:00 pm Youth glow stick fun
Wear black or dark colored clothing for the best effects!
Children ages 2 years old to 5th grade are welcome!
Parents can stay if they'd like but WILL NEED to stay with children ages 2 years old to Kindergarten.
Children will need to be picked up by 6:30 if parents are not staying

We are playing Bingo and Bunco, so bring a friend or come solo. There will be prizes, food, surprises and so much fun. You may win a few or lose them all, either way we are going to have a ball!!

You won't want to miss this LAKE ADVENTURE including fishing, boating, swimming, outdoor games, and good eating!
We will be staying at a lake house, so please bring bedding. We will leave town Friday after work, and will return on Saturday evening. This will be for men only (no youth-age men this time).
The cost is $20 per person, and space is limited to the first 12 people to register online. Please pay Robert Fowler once registered.
For those planning to fish, make sure you have a current fishing license.

The Library also doubles as a nursing/quiet room. Moms with babies and young children are welcome to use the quiet room at anytime. **Please close the door if you are nursing a baby.**
