Passion and Purity in Christian Romance and Marriage
We are planning a special Valentine's weekend for Sunday, February 16, 2025.
Pastor Larry will lead us in a biblical study of the Song of Songs in the Old Testament to see what God's idea of romance and sexual intimacy is really all about.
Too often, the message we hear from the church is a lot of negative don'ts. In our age of sexual promiscuity and infidelity, that message needs to be repeated often. But we also need to hear the biblical affirmations and encouragements to pursue both passion and purity to enjoy this gift of God to our lives. Pursue sexual intimacy outside of God's design and you will eventually experience emptiness and loneliness. Pursue it according to God's design and you will know the love and intimacy that warms your heart and knocks your socks off.

Because of how explicitly and passionately this subject is addressed in this biblical book, we encourage all children to go to The Gathering Kids where age appropriate lessons are always taught every Sunday.
