This sermon traces the believer’s journey from death in sin to new life in Christ, showing how Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection bring immediate spiritual transformation. Our “old self” dies with Him, and through baptism and faith, we step into resurrection life, empowered to live free from sin. God renews our hearts, enabling holy living and aligning our desires with His will. Ultimately, this resurrection life points us toward the future hope of full bodily resurrection, inspiring us to live in light of eternity.
