Mercy on Display

When Paul wrote to Timothy and urged him to defend God's truth by preaching God's word, he didn't give him a motivational speech to encourage him to stay. Instead, Paul made a strong emphasis on the reason why Jesus came; to save sinners. We are to live not only for what God has done or for what He will do, but mostly with a constant awareness of His presence and power here and now.
