This sermon teaches that becoming a Christlike disciple requires more than desire—it requires the power of the Holy Spirit working within us. Jesus promised the Holy Spirit to dwell in believers, purify their hearts, empower them to overcome sin, and give them boldness to witness for Christ. Through the Spirit’s presence, we receive both the desire and the power to live holy, victorious lives that reflect Jesus.
